The most likely reason registrations to the esd-toolkit fail are:

Your e-mail address does not end in .gov.uk.
Your e-mail address is typed incorrectly.
The e-mail address you are trying to register with has already been used to register.
Your organisation is not in our list.

If your organisation is not in our list you will be advised by e-mail when we have updated our list to make it possible for you to sign up.
