Host of the Housing Community of Practice (CoP)

The Housing CoP has, since its inception been hosted by Hounslow Homes, a three star ALMO making significant strides to improve service delivery to their customers and relationships with partners.

Hounslow Homes has worked with the Integration Practice and participating suppliers to develop integration between their selected CRM solution (Lagan) and their Housing system (Anite). In keeping with the principles of the Integration Practice, the definitions have been designed to be reusable by any Housing provider/Authority when integrating their CRM and Housing systems. more...

The Housing CoP requires greater input for a broader cross-section of the local authority sector. Suppliers members are asked to consider how to get more of their customers engaged in IP’s Housing CoP?
