 The structure of xml files from which lgcl.xml is constructed should be considered as draft.

To achieve this, the templates make use of an external resource conforming to the schema located at www.esd.org.uk/standards/xmlschemas/lgclpreferredhierarchy20031107.xsd representing the preferred hierarchy of the LGCL terms.
