esd-toolkit - Training materials

esd-toolkit recognises that you may wish to discover more about the whole host of functionality on offer. Undeniably some features do need further explanation and to support this, we have a comprehensive set of esd-toolkit course manuals and associated Building Block documents that outline step-by-step how to undertake all the various tasks.

Users' material

- Foundation Pack

The aim of this pack is to give the reader an initial understanding of esd-toolkit, to give an overview for anybody wishing to know more about esd-toolkit and to prepare the reader for an esd-toolkit training course.

- Implementer's Course Book

The target audience for this course book is the Senior Responsible Officer or someone tasked with implementing esd-toolkit. It is designed to aid understanding of the background to esd-toolkit, esd-toolkit features and how they might help in service improvement in a local authority and implementation considerations.

- Administrator's Course Book

This course book is aimed at all local authority staff receiving training on the administration of esd-toolkit and is designed to aid the understanding of the background to esd-toolkit and esd-toolkit functionality and the administrative requirements.
