European Conference on customer profiling and service lists

This is a one day conference organised by the Smart Cities project, whose partners include Norfolk County Council and esd-toolkit – jointly with the Improvement and Development Agency and Improvement East. The conference will present techniques for applying customer profiling to increase efficiency and improve customer service. Workshops will describe case studies from different councils and provide the opportunity to discuss how the techniques apply to your organisation.

There will also be an opportunity to review the Local Government Business Model which links types of customer to appropriate services and channels. The model includes a European service list from which the services delivered locally in EU regions are defined.

The conference will provide ample opportunity for networking and will
support remote participation via video conferencing and use of Twitter.

The event is FREE, but priority will be given to Smart Cities partners and their guests.
