Welcome to the Social Care Community of Practice

"On behalf of Birmingham City Council, Service Birmingham are very pleased to host this CoP which provides a cross agency forum that can share best practice, accelerate joining up of services around the needs of the client and avoid disparate activity.
The CoP through collaboration with the relevant stakeholders seeks to inform and influence those responsible for mandating standards. The creation of the catalogue/matrix of activity of current activities contributes to an improved level of understanding of relevant work underway in this area.
